Mindfulness
Hi my name is Tayzsar. Yesterday we did lot's of mindfulness. I sort of know some of the moves, Ones called the waka and when you do it you have to balance with you leg up and your arms up, I don't like that one because it is so tiring for me. There's this relaxing one called candle breaths, it feels so relaxing because you just have to sit down cross you legs and take 5 breaths. Here are some pictures. See you later Blogger!!!
